Where we ship

We currently ship within Poland only.

Every item is handmade to order in our workshop in Warsaw. We are expanding to the rest of the European Union — if you are outside Poland and would like to order, write to us at myartkingcompany@gmail.com and we will arrange delivery individually.

How we ship

You choose your preferred Paczkomat locker during checkout. InPost will notify you by SMS and email when your parcel is ready for collection.

You have 48 hours to collect it, counted from the moment the courier places the parcel in the locker — not from when you receive the notification. If you need more time, InPost lets you extend the pickup window through their app.

How long it takes

Order processing: up to 3 business days. Because each piece is made by hand, we need this time to prepare, finish and pack your order. Personalised items may take longer — we will tell you when you order.

Shipping: up to 15 business days after dispatch.

Total: up to 18 business days from confirmed payment to delivery.

Most orders arrive sooner. These are maximum times, not typical ones — we will always let you know if anything delays your order.

When we dispatch

We dispatch on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding Polish public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

What it costs

Shipping within Poland costs 15 PLN.

Orders over 100 PLN ship free.

The delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at myartkingcompany@gmail.com with your order number and, if possible, photographs.

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you. If an item arrives damaged, we will repair it, replace it or refund you — at our expense, including return shipping. See Returns & Refunds for details.

Payment

We accept payments through Stripe. You can pay by payment card (Visa, Mastercard) or BLIK.

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. We begin making your item once payment is confirmed.

All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN). We are exempt from VAT under Polish law, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
