1. Who we are

We make handmade wooden goods in our workshop in Warsaw, Poland.

2. Definitions

In these terms:

• Seller / we / us — Yan Kudrautsau, trading as MyArtKing, with the details given in section 1.
• Store — the online store operated by the Seller at myartking.com.
• Customer / you — the person or entity placing an order in the Store.
• Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person entering into a contract with the Seller for purposes not directly related to their business or profession (Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code).
• Sole trader treated as a consumer — a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business, where the contract is clearly not of a professional character for them (Article 7aa of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). The provisions on Consumers apply to them accordingly.
• Product — a handmade wooden item made by the Seller and offered in the Store.
• Personalised product — a Product made to the Customer's specification or clearly tailored to their individual needs, in particular one carrying an engraving, text, name or design supplied by the Customer.
• Order — the Customer's declaration of intent, submitted through the Store, aimed directly at concluding a Sales contract.
• Sales contract — the contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer on the terms set out in section 5.
• Terms — this document together with the documents forming an integral part of it: Returns & Refunds and Shipping & Delivery.
• Business days — Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
• Parcel locker (Paczkomat) — an automated parcel machine operated by InPost S.A., used as the collection point.

3. What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order placed through our online store. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accepted them.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under European Union and Polish law.

4. Our products

All our products are handmade from natural wood. Each piece is unique. Variations in grain, colour, texture and finish are a natural characteristic of the material and are not defects.

Product photographs show representative examples. The item you receive will be of the same design and quality but will not be identical, because no two pieces of wood are.

Where we offer personalisation (engraving, custom text, content or design supplied by you), you are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide. We produce exactly what you submit — please check spelling carefully. Personalised items are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (see Returns & Refunds).

Choosing a colour or pattern from the list shown on a product page is not personalisation. The colours come from our standard palette and you supply no content or design of your own, so such orders carry the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal.

5. Placing an order

1. You select your items and add them to the cart.
2. You provide your delivery and contact details and choose your Paczkomat locker.
3. You confirm your order and pay.
4. We send you an email confirming acceptance of your order. The sales contract is concluded once the Seller has confirmed acceptance of the order for processing and the payment has been approved.

We reserve the right to refuse an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if the personalisation requested is offensive or infringes someone's rights, or if we cannot verify your details. If we refuse your order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Polish złoty (PLN).

We are exempt from VAT under Polish law, so no VAT is added to the prices shown. If you need an invoice, write to us and we will issue one without VAT — provided you request it within three months, counted from the end of the month in which the goods were delivered or the payment was received (Article 106b(3) of the Polish VAT Act).

Prices do not include the delivery charge, which is shown separately at checkout before you pay.

Payment is handled by Stripe. We accept payment cards (Visa, Mastercard) and BLIK.

We do not receive or store your card details. Payment is taken when you place your order, and we begin making your item once it is confirmed.

The price that applies is the one shown at the moment you place the order. If we discover an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before proceeding and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

7. Delivery

We currently deliver within Poland, via InPost Paczkomat, for 15 PLN. Orders over 100 PLN ship free.

Order processing takes up to 3 business days, and shipping up to 15 business days after dispatch — up to 18 business days in total from confirmed payment. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery page.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) take possession of the goods.

8. Returns, withdrawal and complaints

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, subject to the exclusion for personalised items. We are liable for goods that do not conform to the contract for two years from delivery.

9. Product reviews

The Store does not currently display any reviews of our Products — neither reviews left in the Store nor reviews taken from other services.

If we start displaying reviews, we will place the information about whether and how we verify that they come from people who actually bought the Product next to the reviews themselves, in a visible place — not only in these Terms. This section will then be updated accordingly.

Whatever the source of the reviews, we undertake that:

• both positive and negative reviews will be published;
• we do not commission or buy reviews and do not offer anything in exchange for leaving one;
• we do not edit the content of reviews;
• the source of every review will be indicated next to it;
• we may remove a review that contains unlawful or abusive content, third-party personal data, or content unrelated to the Product.

10. Intellectual property

All designs, product photographs, texts and graphics on this site belong to MyArtKing and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without our written permission.

By submitting personalisation details, you confirm that you have the right to use any name, text, logo or image you provide, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

11. Your personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details of what we collect, why, and what rights you have are in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints about the store

If you have a complaint about our service, write to myartkingcompany@gmail.com. We will respond within 14 days, as required by Article 7a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act.

13. Technical requirements

To use the store you need a device with internet access, a current web browser with cookies and JavaScript enabled, and an active email address.

14. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms. Any change applies only to orders placed after the change is published. Orders already placed are governed by the terms in force at the time they were made.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
